For that Retro look and feel.
Our rack rails are precision designed and laser-cut from stainless steel by CAD, and, polished as well as tig-welded to "Show" standards.
The rack base is made-up of equal length, vertically arranged varnished pine rods.
The ensemble is contoured for a more ergonomic roof fit, and is quite aerodynamic, yielding little or no wind resistance.
Please visit our 3D gallery at http://www.vintagespeed.com.tw/rack/rack-main.html
Comes with stainless steel nuts and bolts as well as protective pads for the rack base and roof eave hooks.
i took these pix from their website as the box that it came in is still sealed ....
Shipping to australia was US $200, so the total cost to land the rack here is US $650 ... which at todays exchange rate is about Au $775.... that's a lotta coin for a roofrack  ...
but they are a great looking rack - and there arn't too many of them about ...
i'm not going to give it away, but i do need to keep the "fund raising" going a little longer - so my loss is your gain  ....
please PM me a reasonable offer if you are interested as i really would like to quit this item (actually, i don't really want to sell it at all ... but need the $$ for something special that has come up ) ....
pm or call and leave voice message on 0414 592813
regards
rod
