Hi All

I have 57 Beetle original pan I want to lower it a little but not slammed Can this be achieved by not putting a narrowed beam in? If so how do I go about it?

Cheers
Matt

You can lower it without a narrow beam, it can really come down to what wheels you have, if your on standard rims, you would need a smaller aspect ratio.

Adjusters at the front, and turn of the back torsion bars should achieve a subtle lowering without being slammed.

But there is alot more experience on this forum regarding lowering that hasn't been tapped. Another good forum to try for lowering etc. is restowagenuk.com
