I'm bulking up. That way my pall bearers will get fit carrying me. Thats pretty much me in a nutshell. Always putting others before myself. 😀
There was a time when I was super fit.
I swam 22 laps of the local pool once. Just to see how far I could swim. Used to play soccer very badly. Used to body board. Used to go to the local gym and do half hour of weights, 2 aerobics classes (beginner and intermediate) then cool down by swimming laps of the pool. (only did aerobics for the perv :P ) Ive got a mostly alloy bike hanging from the roof of the garage that cost me $400 2nd hand 15 yrs ago that once got solid work outs.
Now that im middle aged (only going to live to 65) I do pretty much bugger all. If it wasnt for Christmas and birthdays I wouldnt even have to do the nookie thing!
I have put on 10 kgs and 2 sizes of levis since I left school. Most of it since I turned 21. The only good thing about watching my 21st video is seeing what I used to look like without a shirt. I blame my last few years at BHP. They made really good chip rolls. And there was always Mrs Macs when I got sick of chips. And they had such good cakes and donuts!
A case of beer is pretty heavy though! Not to mention the walk to and from the car!
