Great to see specialised products for our scene ..with the wheel adaptors, could they be made to fit a Hollden wheel to a wide five pattern ???? and if so,how much, and what time frame ? .....good luck with your venture......
Rust is the new 2-pac.
Yes i could do this for you, but i will need some more details. What is the pcd, 4 stud or 5 stud, and the holden wheel bolts or stud size, as in the width, most likely a 12mm thread? As for the wide 5, do you want kombi wheel bolts or beetle wheel bolts? They are different sizeAlso need the centre hole size, the bearing hole. Should be around the $40 mark, and about a week to get made.
Cheers
New products soon to come:
Beetle hinges, stainless, did you guys want any specific design cut into them or is one piece flat fine?
Original and modern design:
Narrowed beetle beam side plates including shock towers also coming

G'day mate, if i wanted something laser cut (it would be like 6 or 7mm aluminium) is there any preference for what format the components were to be drawn and saved as? I take it that its all cnc based and what not and you just load the program into the machine?
It would be a couple components, shouldn't be any bigger that A4 at a time. Like 4 sides to a supercharger stand between the dissy and gen stand? (plus some bibs and bobs?)
regards,
Christopher.

Now have splitty brake master cylinder spacers allowing you to use late bay master cylinder in a splitty.
Splitty link pin side plates with caster correction for narrowed beams coming soon.
You need to do those bonnet hinges so that can use a strut, rather than the usual spring set up. And I'd say made from aluminium rather then stainless. Saves weight and still won't rust.
I know aircooled.net sell them and I am looking at getting some soon, but if you can do an alternative I'd be interested. Let me know if you can do something.
They are designed to use strut, or spring system, whichever you prefer. And why do you prefer aluminium? The cost will be higher because of the laser cutting. It wont make much difference to your mileage per tank..
Cheers
I thought the aluminium would be a bit cheaper. The weight doesn't really make that much difference as long as your not cutting from quarter inch bar I guess.
Do you know what strut will work with your Hinge?
You will have to source the struts yourself. Most auto shops should be able to get them, just do a measuement closed and open of your hood. Because of the softness of aluminium, its not very good for laser cutting, can get it done, but different ways to cut are performed. So i stick to steel or stainless to make it easier and cheaper. They are 8mm thick.
