Where can one buy deodorisers that have a 'new car' smell or at least a smell that isn't girly (strawberry, vanilla etc)?

Not sure where you get it but the second hand car dealers once used it as a marketing tool, sprayed the cars each morning so it gave the interiors that new car smell, maybe ask the yards if it's still available.
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!

How old is the car? New cars smell of plastic and vynil. Not too much in an old VW.Wild1 wrote:Forum,

Drive and air the car more.
I use Auto-Kolone. It's not sickly sweet and it's the original formula from the 70's/80's.
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is!

Have you ever noticed air cooled vw's smell all the same? its unique to old vw's as far as i know.

It's the coconut fiber padding in the seats.

Oh you mean the engine smell, yeah it's pretty unique to them, I guess it's just hot oil cooking on the fins with the smell getting blown around by fan.
But that old car smell the interiors of them all have is the seat padding.
