You need to have the pic hosted on a web server somewhere - check with your ISP, they probably give you a bit of free webspace and can tell you how to upload the pic.
Then click where it says "Control Panel / Options" at the top right corner of this window, and edit your profile: put in the URL to where the pic is hosted.
Don't be put off if this sounds complicated, it's fairly easy so give it a go.
