Howdy
I'm after a new clutch for my turbo buggy.
Has anyone had any experience with ether the Copper head or
Black diamond clutch plates.
Also what pressure plate have you run.
I'm thinking stage 2 -2100 lbs
For street and strip use

Cheers
Richard

Do you mean black magic? They're sintered iron so more race only, but anything's possible.

Any pics of the buggy?

"Copperhead Clutch Disc"

The best clutch disc on the market for the high-performance VW. Made in the USA. 200 mm in size weighs 840grams/1.13 lb. Used in or race car for years without failure and over 200 sold to date without problems. The backing plate is copper to absorb heat and the soft lining is an asbestos type lining that will recover from abuse. very smooth engagement. will last for years! (do not use on cast iron cheapo flywheels) made for original German flywheels and chrome-moly flywheels

I found the new kennady clutch very good. Give Rod Penrose a call 0408729920, he can give you all the detals.
