how to get side windows out without cutting rubber??

iS THERE AN EASY WAY TO TAKE OUT THE REAR SIDE WINDOWS WITHOUT DAMAGING THE RUBBERS? the rubbers are in excellent condition.. I don't really want to cut them out... LEE

were imported from USA about 10 years ago.. $$
glass is tinted... and Yes, I probably will never ever use them again... lol
