Thought you'd all enjoy this...

Mmmm, I have an idea.... [heads off to the shed to find his BMX wheels and narrow the beam 24"] 🤓

I have a raqce enginering article on this car. Will dig it out.

They found the narrow front end worked, but it was a very different suspension setup in terms of springs and roll bars etc.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!

Yeah, it's totally counter intuitive to most cars. All the roll control is at the back of the car. The front has "mountain bike" springs and shocks.

If you're going to follow the suspension tuning logic of the Delta Wing on a bug, then I think you would need 10" wide tyres at the back, and probably move the fuel tank to the back as well to get weight off the front end. It is nice to see someone trying something genuinely different though.
