Hi All,

Vantage Star Cars has a couple of interesting requests that we need help with -

Number 1 - We have been asked to find a car for a new ABC TV show set in the late 1940s. They have asked for a 1948 (ish) FX Holden sedan in good condition. The car would be the 'star' of the show, featuring many times. Filming commences next week, the car will be needed 3rd / 4th and 11th of June in Sydney. Fee is around $400 per full day. Car would be driven a few meters by an actor in a couple of scenes. If you have a car that is suited or you know someone who does we would love to hear from you.


Number 2 - Channel 9 is making a new show about small business, they are looking for a real life car restorer for one episode. The person they are looking for is someone who does up old or unique cars for sale and profit. If you do this for a job (or sideline) and are confident in front of a camera they would love to have you on. Filming would be for a few hours at a location that suits you. You need to be in Sydney or surrounds. Unfortunately they can't pay you but the national publicity would be huge.
