I finally get it .. I have been reading this post thinking 2 cents for a Manx ... and it only just hit me you mean fisrt to see as in look at .... not
first person with 2cents.. makes a lot more sense now.
Luckily I have seen the buggy and it is not a secret, it is a nice tidy Manx and you couldn't build one for the cost.
Take the Manx Body that is on the forum:
Manx Body - $2500
1916 Engine - $5000
Floor Pan IRS / King and link, disc brakes, etc - $5000
Transmission - $1500
Wheels and Tyres - $1000
Seats - $500
Roll Cage - $2000
Barwork - $500
Re-wire - $1500
Over asking price, then you have to add rego, full respray, offroad front end, bearings, brakes, lines, cables, and all the other bits and bobs people
forget to count when the cost a buggy not to mention the many many hours it takes to put on togeather.
bump and no no one has seen it yet
open to serious offers just paid 12 mths rego
by serious i mean you pay half my half my air fair to aus which will be taken off the final price of the buggy
phone custom offroad first im sure they will vouch for the car
they built it from the ground up
Just found one in my clean up!

Perhaps I could use it in a payment plan then! Say 2 cents down now and another 2 cents when I find another one?
1st in with the money gets it
wont be held for anyone for any reason
best and fairest option
now $14.500 ono
although i should, i wont prosecute the theft
Billy it is a very nice ride man, what is needed to be done on it?
Where is it for viewing???
Dan
It's up here in QLD Dan
