Cootamundra Sprints, 6/9/2014
Took ole No.8 Beetle to Coota yesterday, and had a ball.
Even though it's set up for circuit work, I managed to just sneak in under 14 seconds for the 1/4 mile.
I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

Bit late for the Wattle, Gary. Plenty of canola, though...I know how you like that colour.
Could've done with that tow, behind your 'ute'.

Reckon old no. 8 must be running Canola oil in the crankcase to post that sort of speed.Looks like you dont need a tow from me anymore.Well done for a

The last one I went to years ago I saw a Commodore radiator air intake swallow a cocky 1/2way to the line!
