Greetings
Hi Chaps,
Just as way of introduction, just arrived from the UK to the north of Sydney. Have owned plenty of rusty dubs from the age of 15 years onward, sold my
'58 KG RHD lowlight to get ourselves out here.
Have seen some cracking Dual cabs driving into Sydney whilst waiting for the bus (not many of those in the UK), but looking for late 60's early 70's
beetle. Saw one posted by restoresto yesterday which looked a cracker but has now gone,... have two boys so rear belts would be handy.
One question that I do have, due to the distance you chaps have, I guess you buy on trust and a shed load of pictures and use interstate shipping?
Planning on going to http://www.clubvw.org.au/2015shownshine
to have a good look at the cars for sale. But happy to be here and hopefully find a gem to look after.

Take your time, and I would suggest looking with your own eyes at anything you buy. Even a couple hundred bucks to get a plane to another state to
look at a vehicle with your own eyes is better than being thousands down with a bad buy.

Thanks helbus,
advice always welcome, I see that Jetstar seem to be 'easyjet' of Aus. I suspect I'll be seeing a bit more of the country with the family with the
excuse of 'Bug hunting' :-)
