Forgot to turn off my lights again


Darn it so I was pulling into McDonalds carpark during the day and I decided to turn the lights on. When I got out of the Beetle I totally forgot to turn it off.

This is the 2nd time this month this has happened.

The battery goes dead of course.

But I'm just wondering isn't the Beetle suppose to come fitted with a annoying buzzing sound if you left the lights on when you turn off the engine?

Mine now has a less slightly annoying chime from a BMW (Joel,s suggestion) that chimes when I open the door and the lights are still on and the ignition is off. Works a treat. Used the BMW chime and a relay
