bugged action day post - trying to fix

The action day post went weird, I am trying to fix it. The moved: action day post has gone real weird and won't even let me move it or do anything to it.

I have put the action day post back together, but for some reason it only displays 5 posts, from 4 pages. I am trying to figure it out.
