Importing
Hi everyone,
Just wondering who here has imported cars from california and/or Northern Europe?
And if so, who did they use?
I'm looking for a good frieght company and any tips.
Also, how much should I be paying to get a vehicle landed here?
Cheers,
Cam

importing
HI I sent you this answer some time ago
you asked about importing
I bring in ghias every few months as hobby from the USA CAL or close by
your looking for a cheaper place youll get burnt as many have It costs arround $3500+ 10% gst on car value
if you pay more suffer if you pay half that youll lose your cash I have good agent in castlemain who deals with the largest company in LA and they all
come out of the same freight company anyway to aus
its like here how many ports do we have in adelaide 1 its up to the agent as to how much profit he rips you off if you mad to pay what i pay is fair
thats includes all gov approval and fee and charges to land on my doorstep PT adel.
I hope that helps again and if anyone wants me to bring one over email me again
thanks
