widening wheels
Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has contacts for places that widen rims, I have stock steelies.
I've been quoted $120 per rim, that's without it getting painted, is there a fair price?
Around sydney area.
Thanks,
Ron

I have been looking for this and and for abit cheaper you may pick some up. i wanted 5.5 or 6" rear and keep my 4" upfront. Managed to pick
some up on sale forum. You should get some easy.

We have a fella that does it in Tassie. He charges @$100 per wheel and thats sand blasted, painted with 3 coats of black then silver then baked in an
oven. The only drawback is you need extra rims because he makes one out of two. This is because you can only have one weld to make them legal. The ones
on the back of mine have been done and are @6". I hope this helps as a comparison.
