type 3 trike coil query

I am wondering whether I have a faulty coil? The trike has the red (power) wire on terminal 15 & when I check the green wire on terminal 1 with a test lamp to ground it does not light up

If it is faulty What is the best coil to use? to replace what looks to be the original old one
