BUGGA... Old Box 2bolt mount @front, NEW box 4bolt mount... What Am I to Do..

Well Here is a Small issue...
As U Will tell I am a little New to Buggy-ing.. But learning fast with a Box Swap in Progress..

However the 4spd Swingaxle I Just got from the Wreckers has a 4 Bolt Front Mount.. ???
This should be a 1500 box (I Have to go on the Wreckers word on that, any way I can tell..? Box Number or somthing)

My Manx's Toasted Box has a 2 Bolt front mount...

Also the Rubber shock mount is different and the plate after the shock mount (What would I imagine bolts to the Chassis) will not fit in just looking at it...

My chassis has a Flat plate with a square Rubber block (Both Vertical) and that bolts onto the Box with 2 bolts...

So What do I do...

Can I Swap the Front cone part of the box around...?

Should I Go back to the Wreckers and ask for a Different box, if so What one has this 2bolt mount at the front...?

As you can imajine I am soooo keen to get out there and play with this new Buggy of mine... I hope someone out there can help me...
Get back to Buggy-ing..

Thanks in Advance....

Just swap the nose cone and it will be fine,
The new box you have sounds like a later model 1300 box (if it is a swinger), it will have a different throw out bearing set up and also a lower 4.375 ring and pinion, your old 1500 box had a 4.125, so it will rev a bit more on the freeway, but will zip through the gears faster!.

SO.... She Will Fit...

Excelent....

BUT... is there a way to tell from the outside of the box if it came off a 1500 or a smaller engine size..

My Manx has a Subaru 1.8L, so I would rather the Taller Ratio's to drive on the Freeway without the poor little Subie screeming her heads off...

I will Trawl through my Manual and see if I can see any info in there..

Thanks for all your help...
