um duel oil relief case were do the springs go and there different ??
I have a 1600 cc case type three can some one get me started the spring lenth is differant were do they go in each valve chamber ??
the pistion is differant one has a slot ?

Hi
The short spring goes at the flywheel end and the longer piston goes near the oil pump end.

so this ,the short spring with the shot pistion fly wheel end >the long spring long pistion oil pump end . ok

Hi
Thats right, only type 3s have the longer piston, all other twin relief motors use 2 short pistons.
