things are ball joint fronts that have the joints so arranged so that both jooints get bashed together by the suspension rather than having one bashed togather and one bashed apart.

seagull you will have seen all these surely.

blind chiken lift spindles for a std ball joint front. meebee ok in USA but dont crash in AU and expect to get away. pray you dont hurt anyone when they let go. a frend rekons he'd trust his welds. if it felt ok as he welded it he rekons he'd be happy with it (but he's build a few buggys all lic OK). rta would no doubt take a diff view if they noticed....

dunno. i wouldnt trust my soldering to it...

best buggy/baja setup????
for parts accessibility, put a balljoint front on a double jointed pan with 2/3 inch "chassis streagtherner" and 181 arms and spindles.

that is unless somethibng like a cb frontend cant be put togather out of bits????

I will take some pics for you next to stock beetle stuff to make it a little clearer. I seem both 181 and CB Stuff sitting on the floor at the moment... Damn 181 Ball joints even broke my jig... damn them ... oh well....
