Golf Diesel in a Type 3?


is it possible to get a golf engine and put it in a Type 3? If I can I will keep my type 3. if not i am Looking for a diesel golf under $3000 in the vic/ Melbourne area. Want to try to run it on Biodiesel...anyone got a car? or tips on doing it.

have heard of a few tales of golf diesels being run on biodiesel...(and running on old fish and chip oil and smelling like fish and chips hehee) so that definately can be done...
