Hi, I'm Caitlyn, I'm 15 and we just bought a VW off ebay to fix up. Apparently it was broken. It wasn't  We fixed it up and we are now doing little things to it. I have had an infatuation with VW Bugs since I was
quite small and now I have one, it is excellent It's bright yellow 1972
model and it's name is Gertie
Why we name them I will never know.

Congratulations on Gertie.... Once you start driving her around you will realise why we name them, they ALL have personalities, and become part of the
family. I have "Gladys" a 1960 Deluxe Beetle which i've slammed and blinged up!

yello... i'm 17 I drive 71 Super bug metallic black (not very shiny)... can beat a KE70 corolla i've got extractor and custom exhaust on it so it doesn't sound like person farting when i drive HA! but my motor is
dying tho the valves are kinda gone and i don't have enough compresssion and it doesn't like idling  the best thing is i never got pulled over in this car ever (i''ve been on P for about 8 months
now tho :P) but i drive a lot... no cops would waste their time on beetle lol

Hey well im 17 and own a 1971 super bug (my first car) named jasper his paint colour is dark metallic green which looks great i always wanted a bug
