A VW motor in a Porsche ....hmmmm. Porsches with blown motors are cheap (and readily available from the UK). This would be very interesting.

Now that makes sense to me. An affordable Porsche. Don't like the radiator set up though.. I's still have it ;)

I have an old hot 4's magazine that has a porsche 911 with a 13B turbo (or maybe it was a 12A?) rotary in it. I almost cried... :puke

When I took my Baja to the department of transport to have the engine number changed, one of them heard it and said "does that have a porsche motor in it". I said "no, it has a Mazda V6 with more power and reliability". He then told me how they used to put porsche motors in them and how my engine sounds exactly like a porsche motor... :duh

isn't your V6 just the 928 V8 with 2 cylinders sawn off? :P

but seriously, they might sound a bit similar.

I know the rotary porsche your speak of too. I thought the same thing at the time.

But if you wanna see what makes me really annoyed, it this....

BTW, it's one of many.:puke

And another one for all the porsche purists...NOT!

Although I have to say, this looks very well done. :smirk:

And there's not much porsche left to be a purist about either ;)
