Has anyone seen bugs with stripes on it these days - like herbie? I thought it might be groovey to put navy stripes and a number on my pale blue bug,
but wasn't sure if it would look stupid.

well of course there is the couple of guys in Vic who have the Herbie look alikes, also Rob in our club has GT stripes (I'll look for pic but
will take me a couple of minutes).
I reckon it would be Good.
Now with the computer - you can mock it up in Paint Shop and see what your comrades think / Suggest.
Go For It.!

this is Robs Beetle. The stripes are a little obscurred by the shine.
They go up the engine lid across the roof and over
the bonnet..very cool.
(also notice the corner of my car just in pic).

I have a Herbie. And I'm buying another to make into a Herbie and if I get my arse into gear I should have it done for the Nats I hope.
As for Herbie tonight. I watched it and taped it. Not the best Herbie film but still good to see Herb on the screen again.
