What bonding agent for fibreglass?

I want to stick plastic to fibreglass, will silicone do it? It would need to be fairly vibration resistant, but isn't holding any real weight. Or would a contact bond/epoxy be better? I thought silicone as it has a little vibration absorbtion.

Thanks,

Mick.

Sikaflex brand Urethane adhesive. It will stick very well. Used to install windscreens in must new cars.
