We have a 75 beetle and a 2000 beetle. Wouldn't trade either of them for anything else

I have both old and new.....a 2007 Passat and a 1970 Beetle.

The Beetle is still a far better car. It's more reliable and will no doubt be still running like a gem when the Passat is long gone.

You mustn't have driven a good beetle as they drive like a new car when you have one that's been maintained.

Having owned Air and H20, there's now question Old School is the go. But you can't beat a water pumper for reliability as a daily driver.
