For Sale 82 FI Transporter
I have had this vehicle for sale in the selling forum and have had no interest so to this extent I am posting here.
I have dropped the price again $4500.00 as listed below
This vehicle needs to be sold,if I am unable to sell then I may have to consider dismantling it

82 Fuel Injected aircooled VW transporter with middle and rear seats and engineers certificate.(as I bought it).
Vehicle is fitted with auxiliary battery setup
Paint work is average with some attention needed
Vehicle has only 2400kms since full engine rebuild by reliable VW mechanic in Taree.
Engine rebuild consisted of new cylinder heads,barrels,pistons,camshaft,lifters and bearings,clutch was replaced and pressure plate machined,battery
was replaced
Vehicle had been out of registration prior to rebuild and had to be blue slipped.
Registration is due Dec 2009
The following repairs were done for blue slip
4 tyres replaced
Both lower balljoints replaced
Front shocks replaced
Front sway bar buses replaced
Front wheelbearings replaced
Front brake calipers overhauled
Front brake discs machined
Rear wheel cylinders replaced
Rear brake linings replaced
Clutch master cylinder has just been replaced
I need to sell this vehicle so all reasonable offers will be considered

Trading In
At this stage this vehicle will be traded in at the local car dealer for $1000.00
The engine rebuild alone cost me $4000.00 and then another $1000.00 in other repairs to make it roadworthy.
All offers over $1000.00 seriously considered
