Ghia bumpers rechromed

Hi,
New this owner here. Just wondering if anyone could recommend where to get my 60 ghia's bumpers rechromed? I live in Rockhampton so can drop them anywhere down the coast as far down as Brisbane. Any suggestions?

Hamilton chrome rechromed my ghia bumpers recently and I was very happy with the job, they repaired a couple of rust holes and also welded a couple of driving light holes. The charge was reasonable and the result was good.If you need a contact no contact me. Cheers Les

I'm about to try a-class metal finishers in SA because they have a good reputation and have a specific restoration department. I'll let you know how it goes.

Hopefully this picture attached. This is a pic that the seller took of the car when he posted it on ebay. (crediting the picture taker!) I am yet to take pics of the car now that I have it.

You can see that the front bumbers, although pretty straight have a lot of surface rust. If you look at the part of the bumper on the right side of the picture, this is the worst surface rust section, it is like someone splashed something on the bumper that took the chrome right off.

The back bumper does have one dint, right in the middle of the bumer to be pushed out... and a very small rust hole on the under side of the back bumper on the driver side.
Rest is all really surface rust.

How much do you think this would cost to fix?

I'm trying to work out whether my this Karmie is Australian Delivered. I have ordered the birth certificate, but it hasnt come yet. I have looked at the Samba site and it would seem that the car used to be a Strato Blue, which was not a colour for LHD KGs.... The Samba site also has a manual for the car which seems to show that the bumbers with the handle bars are American bumpers....
Do you think that the 3 piece bumpers might also an indication that she might really be a RHD aust delivered one? There are no signs of conversion that we can see round the dash...
