69 Fasty lowering questions.
How hard is it to lower a 69 Fasty?
Do I need any specialist tools?
Do the balljoints come off easily?
I want to drop 2 splines on both ends.
Do I drop the torsion arm end or the torsion bar end on the front?
Sorry bout all the questions but I want to know what I am in for before I tackle job.
Thanks
Rob

i turned the front 2 splines and the rear one. on the front end i did it with the torsion bar end, the other end wouldn't budge anyway. No
special tools, just a jack and socket set and a few other non specific bits. be careful and keep your legs clear when releasing the rear torsion arm,
Fling! Balljoints do come off easily, harder to get the angle right to put em back on, but not really hard. Ive only had to lower swingaxles, but im
guessing yours is an IRS being a 69 so i dont know of any finer differences. Sorry i couldnt have gotten it to ya sooner.
