Radiator Header Tank
Does anyone have drawings/specs for a radiator header tank to be mounted to the firewall in an early beetle which would be suitable for an EJ22
conversion. I can get one made up in Aluminium once I have some details/starting point
Thanks

Joel,(Guy's)
I note that your inlet and outlets are vertical at the base of your tank, is this for ease of plumbing/mounting?
Does it matter if the inlet and outlet are on the bottom of the tank or should the inlet be form the side (horizontal) and the outlet be on the other
side of the tank also horizontal?
Thanks Kel

Hi Kel,
it was just a neatness/ease of plumning thing with mine
it doesnt matter where the spigots are just as long as there well below the level of the coolant so that it traps air in the tank
