Hi Johan,
Not really sure what you are asking here. Do you have parts of a kit or want to buy a kit? Kennedy in the US or DS Tuning in Germany can do adapter
kits.
To my knowledge the only ones of us here with this combination of gearbox and engine are me, Steve Carter & Reub. With a little more info I'm
sure we can help. Get some pics up of your project!

where abouts are you? the EJ25T is too big to be legal in a bug in most states in Australia.

The adapter kits use the 911 clutch and all the standard release hydraulics so you just need to adapt a clutch mater cylinder at the pedal asembly.

Hi Johan
I received your email but I accidentally deleted it.
I bought a G50 adaptor from Kennedy, that's flywheel, clutch and pressure plate and I'm going to use a stock G50 slave cylinder and adapt a master
cylinder to my pedal assembly.
Steve
I saw these photos on German Look of a clutch master cylinder, I will do something along these lines in RHD.

oke
thanks steve
so the adapter kit and flywheel clutch pressure plate is a copy in size of the porsche flywheel and clutch enz..
why do you have this hydraulic slave cylinder from a saab
so you not are going to use it?
so i can use the original slave cylinder and i only have to get a kit from kennedy and it fitts perfect?
how much are the cost for the kennedy adapterplate and flywheel clutch and pressure plate ?
and steve how far are you with your 1303 are there coming more pic on your site soon?
greetings johan

Hi Johan
The site that I have on my 1303 build up is a like a blog, I change my mind from time to time about how I will do things, but I leave the old ideas
there.
I was originally going to use a Kennedy 200mm Type 1 clutch and flywheel and then use the Saab slave to operate it, but after a few conversations with
Kennedy themselves I decided to go with a G50 set-up.
I have only bolted all the Kennedy stuff together and it all fitted fine, drop Kennedy an email, they are very helpful, I think I paid around $1800AU
for the pressure plate, clutch plate, flywheel and adaptor, I bought the release bearing and slave cylinder from Pelican parts in the US.
I'm getting back into working on the car now, I hope to send it to painters soon but my wife keeps reminding me about some other home projects that
need my attention.
Steve

Forgive my ignorance, but i have a couple of questions on this subject. I've only recently bought my first VW (a 73 4spd manual beetle), and although
i've got some experience with American V-8s I know basically nothing about my new bug. I'm interested in putting an STI motor into it and that's
what led me to this forum. So, on to my questions: What is a G50? Should I be looking at a G50 for my STI swap? What other options do i have? Thanks
for any input you can give me.

G50 is a 5speed gearbox/transaxle that came out in later porsche 911s. You don't have to use a G50 for an STi conversion, a porsche 930 box, a built
bus box or a built single side plate beetle box might work just as well, the down side being they're only 4 speeds I guess. It depends what you want
to do with the car. The G50 is very strong, but requires a lot of surgery to fit it into the car.
