Type 3 IRS torsion bar length

Does anybody know the length of the type 3 torsion bars in the rear IRS suspension, as i have a set out of a Squareback in my type1 floorpan, they are the ones that use the double springplate, i'm asking cause i want to order the adjustable springplates.

Hi

You can use double spring plate bars with single spring plates, they're all the same. 676 mm long
