How to have a sub box and rear storage space

Pics are here in the for sale thread (I am selling it for $50) - http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=82923

Basically I decided I wanted storage space (a baja has less room under the bonnet than a beetle) so decided to make a sub box with an access door in it.

It worked really well. I spend ages getting the door to seal as tightly as possible so it didn't affect the box by having a door in it. I used to store all my spare parts, snatch strap and other bits and pieces in there.

It was also good as a hidden storage for anything you didn't want stolen (assuming whoever breaks in didn't try to steal the sub box :) ).
