Have you got the hinge bits to put in Steve? There are two holes in the pillar about 6mm diameter and the hinge strip has holes in it which aligns
with the ones in the pillar. See:

Hey mate,
Thanks for the response. I actually have pop-out windows but for some reason, I've found that the left hand window frame would hit the body of the
car. I've stripped the car down (again) getting ready for new paint and thought I'd try and find out exactly how high the bottom of the hinge part
comes up from the cut-out in the pillar. I see what you mean to line up the factory holes but in you look at the pic, the holes are sort of out of
square?? I'm thinking that every car MAY not have the holes in same location in comparison to the hinge section.
Anyway, I think I've got it now..
Cheers,
Steve

Steve, all the ones I've had have had the bigger holes in the hinge strip as well as in the B pillar, not a smaller one in the hinge strip like you
are showing. The strip has had the original ones filled and redrilled in the wrong place maybe for a screw? The purpose of the same size holes
is for the actual alignment whilst being spot welded in place. The tongues look like they are in the right place now. You will most likely find
the popouts will be a bit loose when you fit them as there should be a plastic sleeve over the window hinge. They are unavailable but a couple of
layers of heatshrink tube will fill the gap and stop a bit of rattling!
Keep your eye out for 8 of these... 4 for you and 4 for me!

Thanks for the heads up, Dallas.
I didn't know nor had I ever seen those plastic sleeves?! I'll be sure to use some good inner glued heat shrink to stop the play. If I find some,
i'll let you know!
Cheers,
Steve
