Do I need an engineer?

Hi all,

I'm about to bring my dream car (Karmann Ghia) from interstate, so I will need to undergo NSW blue slip.

The car has a couple of mods, and I'm assuming I'll need an engineer's report, but I'm not 500% sure, so I thought I'd ask your advice.

Mods are:
Type 4 engine with EFI (Haltech ECU)
Type 3 disc/drum conversion
Skyline seats
Skyline retractable seatbelts

There's possibly more, but that's the important stuff. I'll update the list after I've looked over it next week and arranged freight.

If an engineer is required, does anyone have a recommendation for one in or within a reasonable distance of the Baulkham Hills area in NW Sydney?

Cheers,
Adam

the seats and belts are a definate and the engine maybe depending on size, if its over 1800 then yes.
