anyone wrecking a type 3?


im looking for sections of a squareback,
to replace rust sections in mine,

looking for sills mainly other rust spots ill be replacing with new metal
im located on the Goldcoast, QLD

wreckin a 1970 wgn but am on the rd for the hols as of 2 morrow
has some rust esp sills and rubber issues

good glass & doors seem ok
nice bonnet mtr an d box
fr end rear bar and tow bar nice
seats are ok with weird carpet reupholstery about 1 yrs ago and powdery even same on dash.
good steer wheel and horn ring and almst mint hrn btn
jack wheels and big blinker lenses, tails are bad
h/lites are good




want any vw bits old but like me, Made in Germany!!!

interior visor scooty?
tails are faded maybe add coloured globes??

bottom section of the spare wheel carrier if it rust free.

don't cut it if the front apron is good. I would rather see that go to use than it be cut around to get the section I want.

yes thanks interior visor,
my tails are a bit faded too but one of them has big cracks and bits missing,... so there not so good now..
let us know when your back and ill come up. Gympie is only halfa from Cooroy

sory just sold the valance to Lyds
did u mean the piece tacked onto that
or the well ..its very good
the small pice is gone also
well is pretty perfect
