Castrol GTX2 - where did it go?

went to my local auto store to get some Castrol GTX2. And its just been replaced by three types of "GTX"

I take it the "GTX 20W-50" is the repackaging/rebranding. Anyone know?

straight answers only please, ie i dont need to hear your opinions as to why i should be using valvoline/penrite/el cheapo brand blah blah blah

That's surprising. I bought a bottle of GTX2 less than a year ago. Obviously they have changed their lineup now.

All you need to do is ring the Castrol Lube Line on 1300 557 998 and they will tell you exactly what is going on.

There are two different kinds of GTX 20W/50, they have the exact same name but they are different products. We should use the one in the WHITE bottle (the one in the grey bottle won't hurt but it's not quite as well suited to an old engine).

thanks guys

found this on their website (didnt see this last time i looked).

http://www.castrol.com/castrol/sectiongenericarticle.do?categoryId=9005417&contentId=7065814

2 types of 20W-50
Grey bottle - equivalent to GTX2
White bottle - equivalent to GTX

such brilliant product differentiation!
