[FS - NSW] KG Coupe early i think

Asking $12,000

I was down at the samsh repairers today dropping off my golf to finally get fixed, yay.

Anyway, spotted a KG under a cover.
Story is the smashy was painting KG's for a restorer bloke who went bust and did a runner.
Appartly some bloke paid the restorer 45K to do this KG but it all went pear shaped.
So the smashy has a nice coupe painted silver and white that owes him $12K. I had a quick look and it looks very neat to me, was painted 4 years ago and no bubbles through the paint etc. Also looked like it had a fresh 1600TP. The car is complete but needs all the trim and windows etc, installed. They are all in boxes in the car.
If anyone is interested i can have a better look and post up some better pics. Grabbed a few quick ones with my i phone.

So does the smash repairer actually own the car ???
