This car is a 1970 1500cc Beetle that was converted to a convertible “Porerra” by Creative Conversions in February 1990, and is based on the
Porsche 911 design. We have owned the car for 12 months and the only reason we are selling is we are having to relocate and have no where safe to
store the vehicle. Our loss is your gain. The car was given a full tune up 8 months ago and had a new fuel pump installed. The car is currently
registered so can be test driven but will be sold without registration and without a RWC. The car uses no oil, blows no smoke and steers and brakes
perfectly. Everything works on the car. The only issue when we did a rwc test last year was that the canvas soft top rear window has gone opaque and
some of the stitching has come undone around the rear window and drivers side. There is also a patch of rust underneath the nose of the car that needs
to be repaired. I have seen a couple of hard top versions over the years, but never seen a soft top version of this car before so it is quite a rare
vehicle. Car comes with old registration documents and all conversion documentation so can easily be reregistered. Previous registration did list the
vehicle as a 1970 Volks Tourer so I doubt vic roads would require the conversion documentation but it will be included. Call Mat to arrange a viewing
