Renovator’s delight eh? I like the rust in the front. On the bright side, you’d be spoilt for places to start. It does have a steering wheel and a wiper motor.
We’ve all seen worse, have a look at the CB gallery.. KO861 and many others. Some of them start out pretty rough. It can be done.
Where did all those CB chassis & running gear go?
