beach buggy broken on pine river bridge brisbane

hey
I was travelling southbound yesterday arvo heading to brisvenice on the bruce n just after the pine river bridge at about 16.30 a gold coloured Manx buggy was being skull dragged up onto a tilt tray
anyone here?
I hope it isn't a major fix
