60 to 67 Karmann Ghia Cabrio Info Needed

Hi Guys,

Just wanting to know if anyone has undertaken a resto on one of these, I would appreciate some info on repairing the sills and fitting a new roof.

Pics would be great, but just being able to speak with someone who has been thru the process before would be really appreciated.

Cheers,

David

There is a whole set of how to fix a KG - 10 minute tube downloads from South West Rod and Custom which are interesting. There is some good stuff on rocker repairs etc.

It takes you through from seperating the body from the pan, to general rust repairs, to how to push out a penel, to fitting new pan halves, painting a KG etc.
