I remember my 1st attempt to cut out rust section in a fairmont wheel arch and welded in a new section using hammers and pliers to make the new shape and then using an arc welder turned out better than this.

this is absolutely unacceptable. BS !!! I would be demanding my money back, or its the ombudsmen for him.
