What issue? I know the main n big crank journals are just under 55mm diamter on T1 cranks.
Bearing shells are maybe 2mm thick so gives you around 59mm Rod ID but without knowing the shells actual thickness thats as much help as I can be.

Minimum size should be 2.2756" to maximum 2.276"
which is 57.8mm to maximum 57.82mm.
If they are tight, on the crank, but the bore is within tolerance,
also check, that the side faces are square with the bore.

I've got one rod that binds. Tried swapping conrods on crank, same rod still binds?

Do you have a micrometer to check the crank journal?
If 2 rods bind then is the most likely culprit. The bearing also has to sit flush with the rods cap mating faces as otherwise it can pinch here and
cause tightness binding. Don't assume that doing the cap up will force the bearing into the rod journals seat.

Hi All
Just an update. Got the crank and rods back. We found the crank journals spot on, one rod was out of spec and the other three were on the tighter side
of specs.Bit of a hone and all good now. Goes to show brand new parts aren't always right..........

Yea, any new part should be inspected before fitting to anything and measured if necessary. Maybe if CB they wouldn't need checking but most others I
would
