can some one help please


My question is. I have a stock 1600 beetle engine.. I have put in 009 distributor.. and now i want to put webber or kaddrons...

Therefore some one please tell me which one to put and what will be the best Carbs for my car. and will it increase the performance of the car..

Webers win hands down.
Kads are ok - but Webers are better (and dearer)

are you planning on bolting these on your self???

If you are then perepare for a learining curve on jetting.
Although it is a bolt on thing it is not THAT simple.

If you are paying someone - be prepared.

Will it increase power??

Well - YES.
Make sure you already have extractors. Otherwise you will be choking the motor.
If a 1600 try and find some IDF 36's - to me they are the best choice. They are ex-Alfa carbs
