Need help jetting Webber 44 IDF's for blow thru turbocharging

Hi Everyone!

I have just finished installing a modified version of CB performance's Blow turu 44 IDF turbo system on my bug.

I am however having some issues getting the carb tuning correct. Does anyone out there have a simular system and know what their jetting and emulsion tube settings are?

The engine is running way too rich at low RPM's, and lean at high RPM's.

Also, the engine hesitates badly just off idle and runs too rich until about 2500 RPM. My best guess is idle jets are too big.

My current jeting is 55/135/210's. Emulsion tubes are F7's and venturies are 34mm. Aux venturies are 0.2's.

The engine is a 1641cc. All parts are balanced. The engine should rev to 7000 without any issues.

Specs as follows:
CB 044 heads lightly ported
CB Cam eagle 294 degree cam
Scat 1.25:1 rockers, .534" total lift
Forged Rods, Crank and flywheel
7.46:1 compression
Berg deep sump
Porsche cooling system
Remote oil cooler, electronic thermostat fan

Anyone with turbo blow through experience please help me if you can.

I dont know that shimo would be capable of turning a computer on let alone connecting to the internet. He's never done any turbo IDF's as far as I know. They've all been DMTT or haltech. He works at Dunham Automotive, Woonona (maybe just Dunham Autos) dunno the number check http://www.whitepages.com.au

Hellbug is gone now. Both in workshop and mobile form.
