Another little plate that says Made in Germany
I guess that doesn't include the colour option? Anyone?:jesus

loaded total-weight 1110kg. I presume that this means that car+cargo shouldn't weigh more than 1110kg.

Those are just the front and rear axle loading capacities. vorn = front, hinten = rear.
The first line says you've got a beetle doesn't it?
I might be wrong about this stuff. Well, not the vorn/hinten, that's real easy. But the beetle bit.

Thanks. Yep it's a oval beetle. I bought it back in 2000.It's been sanded and has surface rust on it.I'm trying to find out the original colour.I
need to start restoring it as it's sitting outside with a cover over it.There's no paint on it at all.

best to buzz the surface rust back, and start prepping get some etch, and
some primer on there.. colour is the very last stage of a re-spray
