New to the VW bandwagon
Hey there guys and gals
just thought i'd post some pics up of my 98 model VW passat wagon
i've only had her for a week, drives a real treat and turns many heads wherever she goes
her name is Lana (yes ok I'm sad!)

very nice, had a friend with a matching one, same colour but a sportpack sedan, same year and sameish lowered ride height, great fun to travel in.

Good afternoon all,
Just curious as to whether anyone knows of where to get reliable tech info/car info etc etc for my car
'98 passat 1.8 turbo.
I'd love to get a workshop manual and an actual factory car booklet (you know the kind that you keep in your glovebox?)
also, does anyone know of any good performance upgrades for these? or places that specialise in doing work to VW's?

I got a Golf GTI 04 with the 1.8T it's a great engine always very happy when i drive it, as for tech manuals i looked into getting a official VW
manual by Bentley and it was about $250, i still haven't bought it, as for performance upgrades contact Harding performance in Brisbane and he can
tell you who to get in contact with down there. Nice car to mate. Cheers Damo.
