air shocks
hey guys ,,,just wondering what would be stopping a person from putting on air shocks on all four corners for when you want to go offroad ,just pump
them up then when finished let them back to a safe height again,,,,,,,,,,,,,its just a thought |

I don't know if its legal to have them on the front of a car
My Beetle came with rear air shocks fitted...
I threw them away...
I don't like them... I'm not sure whether they would be suited to off road...
they may be a bit too hard...??

my 67 baja i bought early this yr had 2 air shocks on the rear. still got em in the shed.

69' baja: kombi box, thing spindles, irs, disc front, type 3 rear drums, 2 inch lift kit, 31x10 rears. 
New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta! |

i had some on a ute once think you will find that they will be far to hard when pumped up.

I used to only have mine fully inflated when the car was full of camping gear. They weren't too hard. You don't have to pump them up to full
pressure anyway.
